Rattlers Investing Ten Annually

FRIDAY NIGHT STRIKES !!!!!!

The Rattler Boosters student group is becoming more active in 2009. They have become more involved with the Boosters, Friday Night Strikes event. This past weekend was one of the more active Friday Night Strike events with the appearance of the SGA President Gallup Franklin, the Marching 100, the 2009 FAMU Cheerleaders, the 2009 Football team, Coach Taylor, House Arrest and the men of Phi Beta Sigma.

This edition of Friday Night Strikes was sponsored by the women of the Beta Alpha Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. The Deltas came out in numbers to support the event and even provided the host for the event. 90.5’s Byron J was the DJ and kept the crown jamming until nine that night.

There will be a special Friday Night Strikes that will be held on Thursday September 17^th at 5 pm. The Howard game was moved to a Thursday night contest and will be televised live by ESPNU. Our local television affiliate will be at the event televising live before the game and we want every one there showing their spirit and supporting the event!

R.I.T.A. is making appearances on the set on “Set Friday” to secure more student memberships. Remember, membership is only TEN DOLLARS, thus the name – Rattlers Investing Ten Annually.

RITA members are also able to secure seats in the student section at the Atlanta Classic before they go on sale to the public.
